Second time in the gap of just one week, Congress vice-resident Rahul Gandhi addressed yet another massive Congress rally in poll bound Rajasthan on Tuesday. Speaking at Krishi Upaj Mandi ground in Baran Rahul Gandhi took the opposition for blocking the pro-poor measures taken by the Congress government.
