Congress General Secretary and Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi visited his Lok Sabha constituency of Amethi along with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday. They also interacted with the women of self-help groups (SHG). Congress General Secretary and Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi visited his Lok Sabha constituency of Amethi along with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday. They also interacted with the women of self-help groups (SHG). Rahul and Omar, accompanied by J&K Congress president Saifuddin Soz, visited SHGs in Girdhari ka Purva and Kasimpur villages in Bahadurpur blocks of Tiloi Assembly seat. Rahul Gandhi urged the SHGs to make use of central government schemes such as Rajiv Gandhi Mahila Vikas Yojana.
