Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi who is on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency Amethi attended Water Tank Distribution Function. “I share a special relationship with Amethi. My sister, mother, father and grandmother all shared a special bond with Amethi. I have done many things for Amethi and will continue to do that. Congress is not a party but an ideology and that ideology itself make the country forward. We have to form congress govt. in UP.” Rahul Gandhi said in the function.
