He also added that while the youth of UP by working in other states are bringing development in those states why they cannot do the same in their home state.  If the Congress (I) will come to power in UP then both UP and Delhi will be ruled by the same party; they will work in tandem for uplift of people and ensure that funds granted under various schemes reach the intended beneficiaries instead of being pocketed by ministers and contractors, said Rahul Gandhi.
